How to book an appointment |
You can self-refer or your G.P. can refer you, to the Doctor or the Chartered Physiotherapist directly
You will need to telephone to make your appointment. |
Please telephone 01292 610555, ext 14233 during Centre hours wherever possible.
Phone calls can be made during normal office hours if needed. |
Medical assessment is available on Mondays from:5.20pm to 6.30pm.
Physiotherapy assessment and treatment is available on Mondays and Thursdays from 4.30pm to 6pm.

Biomechanical appointments are available on Mondays but usually this will be after Medical or Physiotherapy assessment.
